Basic information:

Entry:	Airport of entry must be an international airport in Norway. A list of these airports can be found in the VFR Guide (see below).
FPL:	Filing a flight plan is not required for local flights, except for those to Oslo and Bergen airports. Filing an FPL is compulsory for international flights.
Microlights:	Foreign registered microlights require CAA Norway´s permission. The necessary information can be found on the following link: luftfartstilsynet.no
