Reggio Calabria is a small, controlled transport airport close to Strait of Messina which separates mainland Italy from Sicily. The airport has two concrete runways 15/33 and 11/29, Avgas fuel, friendly handling and reasonable airport fees. Getting to town is quite simple – by municipal bus.
